Dr. Kerstin Junge

I’m a political scientist with more than a decade’s experience supporting leaders in public, private, higher education and third sector organisations with implementing complex change initiatives. 

Combining social science-based evaluation approaches with socio-technical and systems psychodynamic thinking, I create inclusive spaces enabling people to envision the change they want to create and design innovative approaches to measure results whilst supporting learning. 

I co-led an annual training programme for doctoral students in Organisational Development and am experienced in designing and leading training in evaluation methods. I have a PhD in European Politics and a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Consulting and Change.
