Spotlight

Tavistock Institut gGmbH is a not-for profit organisation, founded and owned by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR).

We are dedicated to the study of human relations for the purpose of improving working life and conditions for people within organisations, communities and societies.

We undertake research and evaluation projects, aiming to understand and assess the quality and impact of various policies, programmes and projects, always retaining a focus on system-wide issues and dynamics.
